A. Preliminary information form

2. Hizmetin temel nitelikleri
Event plan: the use of the selected apps (interactive games, hall / team games, Photo Booth / AI photo, optional AI Avatar, QR controller / participation) on the specified dates with the specified person / photo / selfie and screen quotas. The plan contents are listed on the payment or go-live screen and on the account page. The same app appears only once in a plan; quantities are increased via «Increase capacity».
3. Price and payment
The price is shown including taxes on the payment / go-live screen. If online card payment is enabled, payment is collected through _BURAYA_ODEME_KURULUSU_; otherwise the plan may be deemed paid through seller-approved go-live (simulated). Once payment or go-live is complete, the plan becomes available on the event dates. For later capacity increases or «Upgrade event» additions, only the price difference is charged; an app already in the plan is not charged again.
4. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15(1) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to entertainment/leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period, or to services performed instantly in electronic form whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval. Event plans are services tied to specific dates. For details, see the Cancellation and refund terms.
5. Complaints and applications
You may send your complaints to _BURAYA_E_POSTA_. Within the applicable monetary limits, consumers may apply to provincial/district consumer arbitration committees or to consumer courts.
B. Distance sales contract
Madde 1 — Taraflar
Seller: _BURAYA_ŞİRKET_ADI_. Buyer: the individual or organization holding the account (whose details appear in the account and on the invoice).
Madde 2 — Subject
The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the event plan purchased electronically by the Buyer are determined in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3 — Performance
The Seller makes the plan available for use on the dates paid for or put live, and to the extent of the quotas purchased. Once the quotas are used up, no further use is enabled; the Buyer may increase capacity or add a new app via Upgrade event.
Article 4 — Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel a paid plan from the account page. The payment is not refunded; the photos, reports and outputs of the event are immediately removed from the Buyer's access.
Madde 5 — Veriler
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy notice ve Privacy policy.
Article 6 — Entry into force
At the payment step, the Buyer confirms having read this contract and the preliminary information form; the contract is concluded upon completion of payment. A copy of the contract is sent to the Buyer's email address.
