Draft text displayed when the consent screen is enabled in Photo Booth; the company organizing the event may also use it in its own consent process for AI Avatar selfies and other shots.
For my photo and/or selfie taken during the event, as described in the Participant privacy notice, to their processing for the purpose of providing the event experience (placement in a design, transformation into a character using artificial intelligence, display on screen, and delivery to me by QR code or email) and to their transfer for this purpose to servers located abroad (Germany/Frankfurt), I hereby give my explicit consent.
I understand that:
- I am not obliged to give consent; if I do not consent, no photo will be taken, and I can join the game without a selfie.
- I may withdraw my consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- My Photo Booth images remain accessible for 15 days from the end of the event, are retained for a maximum of 12 months and are then deleted. My AI Avatar selfie used in the game is retained together with the game report for as long as the account of the company organizing the event remains open.
The company organizing the event may edit this text with its own trade name and contact details under Photo Booth → Privacy.
