Cancellation and refund terms
Cancellations, refunds and capacity changes for event plans.
- Draft plans can be edited or deleted at any time before payment; no fee is charged.
- Paid plans are date-specific services, so they are not covered by the right of withdrawal. You can cancel an event from its ··· menu under My account → Events; the payment is not refunded.
- After cancellation or deletion, the photos, reports and outputs of the event are immediately removed from your access; this cannot be undone. Before cancelling, we recommend making a backup with "Download all" on the Outputs page.
- Increasing capacity raises the quantity / screen allowances of the apps already in the plan; Upgrade event adds an app or AI Avatar not included in the plan. An app already in the plan is not sold again. For both additions, only the price difference is charged; existing quotas are preserved. Quotas cannot be reduced.
- If the service cannot be provided at all due to a failure attributable to Work'n Work, a refund or a new date will be granted for the unused portion. Requests must be sent to _BURAYA_E_POSTA_ within 15 days from the end of the event.
- Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days of approval.
