Privacy policy

A summary of how Work'n Work protects personal data.

1. Kapsam

This policy covers personal data processed on the worknwork.com website, the account panel, the Try it now demo, the Tailormade showcase (custom.worknwork.com) and its demos, and the event apps (interactive and hall / team games, Photo Booth, AI Avatar, QR controller / participation). For details, see the Customer ve Participant privacy notices.

2. Temel ilkeler

• We collect only the data needed for the service; we do not sell data or share it for advertising purposes.
• Data is encrypted in transit with TLS; provider-level encryption is used at rest.
• Passwords are irreversibly hashed. Session tokens are valid for a maximum of 24 hours.
• Photo and download links are provided as time-limited signed URLs.
• Any access by system administrators to records hidden by the customer is logged.

3. Retention

• Photos, outputs, game reports and participation records of a paid event plan are visible in the customer account for 15 days from the end of the event and can be downloaded during this period.
• Try it now (no account) Photo Booth shots are short-lived (approximately 30 minutes); the retention periods for planned events do not apply to them.
• When this period expires, when the plan is cancelled or when the customer deletes a record, the records are immediately removed from the customer's access.
• For the purposes of legal obligations, potential disputes and requests from competent authorities, records are retained on the servers for 12 months from the end of the event and are automatically deleted at the end of this period.
• Exception: game and QR controller records (player name, score, name / email / phone entered in the registration form and the AI Avatar selfie used in the game) are retained for as long as the customer account remains open; if the account is deleted, they are automatically deleted 12 months later.
• Even if you delete your account, records are retained for 12 months due to legal obligations and are then deleted.
• Invoice and payment records are retained for the period required by tax legislation (10 years).
• Inquiries from the Tailormade showcase and usage records of its demos are deleted automatically after 365 days.

4. Children

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. For participants under 18 attending events, consent is obtained from a parent or guardian or by the company organizing the event.

5. Changes

When this policy is updated, its effective date changes; material changes are notified to the email address registered to your account.
