Yes. On the Try it now page you can try Flappy, Dino and Photo Booth with your own logo / brand for free; game images never leave your browser, and demo Photo Booth shots are deleted after about 30 minutes. To plan an event, all you need is a free account. Brand, content and the Photo Booth studio unlock with a paid (or not-yet-started) plan, so you can prepare before the event date. There is no separate “free studio.”
In the calculator, choose the apps, quantities, start date and duration (1–30 days), then save the plan to your account as a draft. You can edit or delete the draft until the payment / go-live step. If online card payment is available, the plan counts as paid once payment completes; otherwise it counts as paid via “Take plan live” (simulated). It goes live at the start of your chosen day (00:00 Istanbul time) and runs for the number of days × 24 hours; if you take it live on that day, it starts immediately. To change the date of a paid plan, email info@worknwork.com.
Yes. You can add Flappy, Dino, Reflex, Memory, Prize Wheel, Quick Quiz, Photo Booth experiences and team games (Bingo, Word Hunt, Team Quiz, Crowd Guess) to the same plan; every app after the first costs less. Participant / photo / screen counts are set per app. The same app can’t be bought twice in one plan; use “Increase capacity” to raise quantities.
While the event is live, go to My account › Events and click “Open” next to the app to launch it in the browser; just go full screen and show it on a TV or projector. Nothing to install — the device only needs an internet connection. In room / team games, the organizer runs the flow from the screen and participants connect by phone via QR.
Yes. In the calculator, choose the number of “Simultaneous screens” (or booths) for each eligible app. The first screen is included in the license; extra screens are charged at the unit price in the rate card. The maximum number of screens per event is set in the rate limits. During the event, you can add screens via “Increase capacity” in the ··· menu.
Yes; each event is managed as a separate plan. Simultaneous independent events may require separate live slots. The calculator warns you if start dates overlap but doesn’t automatically price extra slots — if you need this, get in touch.
No. In solo and wheel games, the on-screen QR turns a phone into a controller. In room / team games, the QR is for joining the room; everyone plays on their own phone. In settings you can choose the sign-in mode (guest / registered) and turn the QR off when needed.
Yes. In QR settings, choose “Guest pass” (anonymous nickname) or “Registered sign-in” (name, email, phone); you also set the form time limit. Collected details appear in that game’s report.
In solo games, each person who scans the on-screen QR and connects generally counts as 1 participant; the number of rounds doesn’t matter as long as they stay connected. In room games, each phone that joins counts toward the player quota. In Prize Wheel, you can set separate spin quotas for registered and anonymous guests.
When you add AI Avatar to Flappy or Dino, players take a selfie and the character plays with their face. You choose the number of selfies (up to the participant count); the first batch is included in the license, and each one after that is charged. Each successful selfie uses 1 quota; shots where no face is found are refunded. When the quota runs out, play continues without selfies. AI Avatar is added as a package via “Upgrade event” or the calculator; there’s no separate free trial yet.
With a paid plan, Design / Photo Booth settings unlock. For games: logo, position, frame and character; for the booth: template type (classic, background removal, face swap), screen images and email / print options. You see changes in the live preview. With your first AI booth plan, ready-made starter templates are added to your gallery once; you can recreate them if you delete them, and they aren’t copied to each new event.
The quantity you enter is your total photo quota for the whole event. The first batch is included in the license; anything beyond is charged per photo. Each shot confirmed at the booth uses 1 quota; “Retake” and shots that fail to process don’t count.
After the shot, guests download to their phone via the on-screen QR, with optional printing (4x6, 5x7, A5, A4 or custom) and email. You turn these options on in Photo Booth settings. Download links and customer access last 15 days after the event ends.
A computer or tablet with a camera, Chrome and an internet connection; a printer if you want prints. The Windows / Mac kiosk launcher opens the booth in full screen. Templates can use a classic frame, background removal or face swap.
Bingo, Word Hunt, Team Quiz and Crowd Guess are live. You write the content (word pool, target word, questions, guesses) in the studio. Project the QR on the big screen; participants join from their phones while the organizer starts, pauses and moves to the next step. Scores and results appear on screen and in reports.
When your remaining quota gets low, you’ll see a warning in My account › Events, and we’ll also email you at set thresholds. Once the quota is used up, no new participants or photos are allowed. During the event, use “Increase capacity” to raise quantities / screens and pay only the difference (or confirm the difference in simulated mode).
“Increase capacity” raises the participant, photo or screen count for apps already in the plan. “Upgrade event” adds an app that isn’t in the plan yet (or an AI Avatar selfie quota); apps already in the plan aren’t sold again — they show as “Already in plan.” Either way, your existing quotas are kept and you pay only the difference.
Each game’s Report page shows player count, scores, duration, a participation chart and the player list (registered fields, selfies); you can download it as CSV. Photo Booth outputs are on the Outputs page.
You have customer access (photos, reports, designs) for 15 days after the event ends, and we send a reminder email before it expires. The legal retention period on our servers is 12 months, after which data is deleted automatically. For details, see Retention and destruction policy.
Paid plans are date-specific services, so cancellations aren’t refunded. On cancellation, photos, reports and outputs become unavailable immediately — back them up first with “Download all.” If we can’t deliver the service at all for reasons on our side, you’re entitled to a refund or a new date. For details, see Cancellation and refund terms.
Give it a spin with Try it now, then build your plan in the calculator.
