Terms of use

1. Taraflar

These terms are entered into between _BURAYA_ŞİRKET_ADI_ ("Work'n Work") and the individual or organization using the site and the services (the "User"). By opening an account, you accept these terms.

2. Hizmet

Per event plan, Work'n Work offers interactive games (e.g. Flappy, Dino, Reflex, Memory, Prize Wheel, Quick Quiz), hall / team games (Bingo, Word Hunt, Team Quiz, Group Guess), Photo Booth / AI photo experiences, optional AI Avatar and QR controller / QR participation. The plan determines the selected apps, the person / photo / selfie quotas, the number of screens and the dates. For a paid plan, the studio (brand, content, booth design) can be prepared before the event date. The «Try it now» demo, which requires no account, is not a plan sale; demo Photo Booth shots are deleted shortly afterwards. «Increase capacity» raises the quotas of existing apps; «Upgrade event» adds an app not included in the plan or an AI Avatar quota — an app already in the plan is not sold again. In both cases, only the price difference is charged; quotas cannot be reduced.

3. User obligations

4. Intellectual property

The software, interface and ready-made templates belong to Work'n Work. Content uploaded by the User belongs to the User; Work'n Work uses such content solely to provide the service.

5. Access and retention

Customer access to event data lasts for 15 days from the end of the event. For details, see the Retention and destruction policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Work'n Work exercises reasonable care to keep the service uninterrupted. It is not liable for interruptions arising from internet connectivity, hardware at the event venue or third-party services. Work'n Work's total liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant event plan.

7. Fesih

In the event of a serious breach of these terms, Work'n Work may suspend or close the account.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk

Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of _BURAYA_YETKILI_MAHKEME_ have jurisdiction over disputes; consumers' right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
